Protect Your Energy
Are you a person of high energy where you can extend yourself to others for hours, days, even years or do you get drained very quickly or have no time for others?!
Are you a person who animals & babies draw to like me?
Are you aware of your energy & those around you? Are you aware that energy never dies, only transfers?
That is why it is important to protect your energy. Protect yourself from bad energy. What if you think to be such a bright and positive energy and then someone has the power to transfer their bad energy with you? What do you do then? Pass it on? No. If you behold the true power, I believe you can absorb it and kicking in a bit of science here store the bad energy into potential energy and exert the positive kinetic energy! You hold the power and slowly but surely as you make yourself happy or others around you make you happy, that potential energy can be transferred into good energy and exerted as positive kinetic energy.
but how?
great question that only you have the true answer to yourself as every person is different but for me, focusing on the goodness that is right in front of me and remembering the goodness stored in my mind as my long term goal. That keeps my good energy fueled and juiced up to keep on going.
But what happens once we reach that point where you’ve accomplished your goals. At some point, you have to find out how to keep that energy pool flowing and creating. Protecting your energy to not be influenced, no matter at whatever point or age you are in life, to stay who you are cause there may always be a switch or an occurrence where everything changes for you. Every villain story usually starts with a super sweet & ambitious person until one day their entire perspective is changed; take the Grinch from Dr. Suess, Incredi-Boy from the Incredible, Evil Queen from Descendants 4, Plankton from SpongeBob, and I’m sure the list can go on.
Being told I have “so much energy”, “you are filled with energy”, “don’t let nobody change you” are some of many things told to me about my radiant energy and keep them in mind when somebody bad happens to me. DO NOT let your present have effect on your future.
God does the judging and Karma misses no one when she spins the block.
Hakuna Matata & YOLO. You got to live free and be happy. Watch the energy you pour out into the world and air, it comes back to you. It’s the circle of life! It may not happen to you but could happen to your offsprings or people you love dearly. Be careful.
All in all, be you! Stay true to yourself! Protect yourself and your energy as it is POWERFUL!
