Building Up or Moving Backwards?
When it comes to building up and stepping into your purpose, it actually is a very lonely period.
The silence allows you to see so much that you could not see when it was loud. Get it??
Like from all the news and insights, whether fake or real, it just all makes you sit alone and do things alone. Things that please you and your sense of mind.
But after yesterday’s election, you must seriously sit and realize what just happened. Who was against you?! What is next to come? After periods of rebuilding and trying to push forward, a lot of Americans feel as if we just took numerous steps backwards! I can agree.
One of the biggest advocates I’ve seen is my friend, myRachyBaby! She made it known that she’s not fighting just for her but those in the tax bracket that will deal with the long term effects of what is to come. That only reminds me of the LDI event in which we were blind folded, told to line up, and then they asked a series of questions such as; “take 1 step forward if you grew up in a two parent household & take 1 step back if you grew up in a 1-parent household or with your grandparents or a guardian”, “take 1 step forward if you were in a private school & take 1 step back if you were in a public school”, “take 2 steps forward if you know your parent(s) make over $100k a year, & take one step back if you do not know how much your parent(s) make a year.” In the end, when we were able to take off the blind folds, my two friends, RachyBaby being one of them was near the front end of the line by the end and I was the last one. In the back and I do absolutely mean FARRRR from my peers. It is a core memory of my college experience as it showed me where I really came from and what I was faced with amongst my peers at the time. Made me wonder, if the task was performed with my Gainesville peers how would that change the outlook?
But overall, being educated about these situations only opened my eyes to it as I did not know the difference nor predicament I was in, to be completely honest, until I got around educated people to inform me along with as I elevate my own knowledge and personal goals in life for my future self, I am becoming aware and learning so much! This is a scary world we live in and especially as you building up yourself to fit into your purpose, things can be evolutionarily scary (if I’m using the right words but it sounds phonically correct in my head🤣).
To say the least, you have to stay prayed up as there is only one true leader who has the final say so in what we cannot see, less known are aware of! Keep growing and building yourself! Take it all one step at a time, no matter how lonely it gets or how everyone around you seems to be taking steps backwards! Keep progressing! Cheers to Progress & HAPPY CKESversary to C23💚!
